DAMASCUS, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Bana Alabed, a seven-year-old Syrian girl tweeting in English with the help of her mother, has become focus of the world on Monday, asking for pray and saying goodbye.

The latest tweets on her account says, "Under attack. Nowhere to go, every minute feels like death. Pray for us. Goodbye - Fatemah."

Most tweets showed details of life in the war-torn city, using photos, videos or periscopes.

Media across the globe have paid close attention to the account. No verification about the tweets has been reported.

Bana's mother Fatemah created the twitter account for her daughter in late September this year to share their life in Aleppo to the world.

The Syrian army has already become in control of over 60 percent of the rebel-held areas east of Aleppo, with over 30,000 civilians fleeing toward government-controlled areas.

The Syrian army says it will press on with the operation until all rebel-held areas in eastern Aleppo are recaptured.

The rebels captured eastern Aleppo in 2012, and the government forces recently imposed a siege on that area before unleashing a broad offensive for its recapture.

Humanitarian organizations sounded the alarm about the situation of 250,000 people living in eastern Aleppo, with the government promising to fix the situation of those relocated in government-controlled areas.

A Baltimore school bus with no students aboard smashed into an oncoming commuter bus on Tuesday , killing at least six people and injuring 10, as police hoped an autopsy of the school bus driver would shed light on the cause of the accident.

The yellow school bus hit a wall, rear-ended a Ford Mustang and struck a pillar before veering across a boulevard's center line into the Maryland Transit Administration bus, police spokesman T.J. Smith told a news conference.

The impact tore off most of the driver's side of the commuter bus. Among the injured , two were hurt critically in the morning rush-hour crash, and rescuers had to cut bus seats out to reach victims, Smith said. The injured included the car's driver and a school bus aide.

"It literally looks like a bomb exploded in the bus," Smith said at the crash scene in southwest Baltimore.

There were no skid marks , and the 67-year-old male school bus driver died at the scene. Smith said an autopsy would determine if he had a medical condition that kept him from slowing the bus.

Five people on the commuter bus also died at the site, including its 33-year-old female driver. Police said the accident scene extended over several hundred yards.

Investigators pulled some vehicle recording devices from the wreckage, possibly including video camera footage, Smith said.

The National Transportation Safety Board sent an eight-person investigative team to the crash site , with more personnel on the way, lead investigator Jennifer Morrison told reporters.

The Baltimore City Public Schools said the bus was contracted from AA Affordable Transportation of Baltimore. It was used to transport 18 elementary school students who need specialized services, such as homeless children or non-English speakers, it said in a statement.

Smith said the school bus was on its way to pick up a student with the driver and the aide aboard. Thirteen people were on the transit bus.

Kim Jong-nam , the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, died en route to hospital from the Kuala Lumpur airport Monday morning, according to the media reports from South Korea and Malaysia.

Kim's sudden death has sounded alarms throughout the world. South Korea's Yonhap news agency used such words as "killed" and "assassinated" in its news coverage regarding the cause of death, which has been widely quoted by various international news media.

Malaysian police said that Kim began suffering from dizziness while waiting for a flight at the airport. He was then taken to an airport clinic , but later died while on the way to hospital. Malaysian police told Reuters that the cause of Kim's death was unknown, and that a post mortem would be carried out. "So far there are no suspects, but we have started investigations and are looking at a few possibilities to get leads."

BBC reported that Kim's body was undergoing an autopsy, citing a source close to the Malaysian prime minister's office. BBC also quoted Malaysia's English newspaper The Star as saying that Kim was "attacked" around 9 a.m. while waiting for a 10 a.m. flight to Macao. CNN reported that Kim "died Monday after becoming ill."

Kim Jong-nam is the eldest son of the late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il , and the half-brother of the current leader Kim Jong-un. Once appointed to a senior position to the country's Ministry of Public Security and other high-ranking positions, Kim Jong-nam was later excluded from the elite power circle, and subsequently spent most of his time abroad.

Kim's unique family background has garnered global attention over the years. But generally speaking, he has maintained a low profile , and especially so when it comes to his opinions on the current regime and policies of his home country.

His sudden death has triggered widespread discussion and speculation. The "assassination" theory has had significant influence on media reports, echoing knee-jerk reactions from ordinary citizens all over the world.

Some reports claimed that Kim was killed after being "sprayed in the face with an unknown liquid," while others reported he was stabbed "with a poisoned needle," "possibly by a pair of female spies" from North Korea. Various theories over the cause of his death have emerged from vague sources and remain contradictory.

South Korea has long been the major leading source for most "exclusive" reports on North Korea. Although
